At Cloud Space Inc, your privacy it our priority. This privacy policy outlines what information is collected about you, how it is used, as well as the guidelines we have in place to ensure the protection of your information. Within this policy, references such as “we”, “us”, and “our” referred as Cloud Space Inc. Second-person references such as “you” and “your” refer to you, the client. References to “products” or “services” refer to any products or services that we supply.
Information Collected
When you pay an invoice or sign up for our mailing list service, we collect personal, identifying information from you such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, credit or debit card information, and other bank details. This information is used to process your order and to inform you of any changes to your order. Occasionally, we will also ask you for additional personal information for consumer research purposes; providing us with this information is optional.
Cloud Space Inc will use some of the information collected in the aggregate for marketing and promotional purposes. Additionally, we will monitor visitor traffic and conduct surveys which allow us to improve the functionality of our website, and enhance the visitor’s experience; IP addresses enable us to do this. We do not link the IP addresses to your personal information held by us. Cloud Space Inc may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server. We will use the information you provide for the following purposes:
• Processing your invoice
• Fulfilling requests for products and services
• Improving our products and services
• Contacting you
• Customizing advertisements and content
• Mailing and information requests
You will be given the option to be added to our mailing list. If you exercise this option, we will send you information about our services, solutions, offers, and promotions.
If you do not wish to receive such mailing any longer, simply reply “unsubscribe” to our email correspondence.
Sharing Your Information
Cloud Space Inc makes every effort to preserve your privacy; however, we may be required to disclose your personal information when required or authorized by applicable law, if ordered or required to do so by a court or governmental authority as appropriate in each jurisdiction, or to ensure that we are in compliance with our legal obligations.
Cloud Space Inc may transfer some of your information to affiliated companies to fill your order. So as to protect your personal information, we have contractual arrangements in place with such affiliated companies. Cloud Space Inc restricts access to personal identifiable information. Only employees who need the information in order to complete a job have access to it. These employees are limited in number, and are committed to our privacy policies. Aggregate statistics about our customers and related site information may be passed on to outside organizations. These statistics shall not include personal information regarding our customers.
Online Payments
Cloud Space Inc processes payments using Visa or MasterCard via Square Inc (https://squareup.com/i/13A63ECF). Cloud Space Inc is committed to keeping your personal information secure. This is one of the main reasons we chose to use Square Payments. Square Payments automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol; however, neither Cloud Space Inc nor Square Payments can completely guarantee that the encryption technology will operate as intended or that a third party will not be able to access such information.
Cookies
In web terminology, a cookie is a small file that may be stored by your web browser in the local storage of your computer or mobile device. We use cookies to keep track of visits made to our website. Cookies tell us when you have revisited our site; they do not tell us any personal information about you, or enable us to compile aggregate information about our visitors. If you wish, you may change your web browser settings so cookies are not accepted.

The Cloud Space Inc website does not target and is not intended to attract children. Cloud Space Inc does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or send them requests for personal information.

This web service is the property of Cloud Space Inc. We retain the right to bar any individual or entity from our services. Upon being barred, any subsequent access shall constitute an act of trespass.
Cloud Space Inc will provide training, system administration, network administration, desktop/server support or consulting services (which may include researching, meeting, preparing, documenting, communicating, e-mailing, writing, or any other activity performed by Cloud Space Inc or its team on behalf of or for the Client) at Cloud Space Inc’s location, Client’s location, or otherwise (“Client Services”) specified within eMails, Service Order Records and/ or Proposals.
Cloud Space Inc will perform the Client Services with the degree of care, skill and diligence ordinarily exercised by competent professionals under similar conditions and in the performance of similar services with respect to projects of a similar nature to the Client Services.
As a client when you engage or solicit the service of Cloud Space Inc, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions automatically.
Unless otherwise agreed, Cloud Space Inc will invoice Client based upon a minimum charge per visit to Client’s location of one (1) hour. A mutually agreed upon travel fee may be charged depending on the location of the Client. Client Services provided remotely will have a minimum charge per request of fifteen (15) minutes.
Pricing is subject to change if the parameters of the project changes. Cloud Space Inc will notify the Client of such changes and corresponding costs and will not proceed without prior Client approval.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment will be due and payable at the completion of the applicable Client Services session. In the event payment is not received within sixty (60) days of an invoice date, Client will be charged interest at five percent (5%) on outstanding amounts.
Cloud Space Inc reserves the right to retain a valid credit card number on file.
Cloud Space Inc has the right to suspend services for accounts that are past due, and/or convert Client to a credit card pre-authorized payment system or retainer-based billing. Cloud Space Inc WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, COSTS OR DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF A SUSPENSION OF SERVICES.
EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR FRAUD ON THE PART OF Cloud Space Inc, Cloud Space Inc WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, COSTS, EXPENSES OR LOSSES SUFFERED. IN NO EVENT WILL Cloud Space Inc BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT. Cloud Space Inc WILL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RE-PROCUREMENT COSTS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA OR PERFORMANCE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. CLOUD SPACE INC WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS.
As a client, you will indemnify and hold harmless Cloud Space Inc from and against any loss, cost, liability or damage, including attorneys’ fees, arising from any claim relating to our Content, including if it a) infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party; b) violates any applicable law; or c) otherwise is in violation of these Terms or the Product Terms of Use.
For one year after termination of the agreement, Client will not, without the written permission of Cloud Space Inc, directly or indirectly, solicit, hire or otherwise engage the services of any employee or contractor of Cloud Space Inc.
The parties agree to accept in confidence all Confidential Information provided to them. The parties further agree not to use or disclose any Confidential Information supplied by the other except as required in accordance with this Agreement. Any disclosure of Confidential Information to agents or employees shall be made only in the normal course of business, on a need-to-know basis. Neither party shall make copies of any material containing Confidential Information, except as authorized in writing by the other.
Client may, at its sole option, terminate any or all Client Services upon thirty (30) days written notice. Client must pay Cloud Space Inc for all Client Services performed through the date of termination.
Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time without notice but the Agreement will remain in effect with respect to any Client Services already started until such Client Services are terminated and/or performance is completed and Client has paid all amounts due to Cloud Space Inc.
